Witches…
Throughout recorded history, witches and witchcraft have been present. Often they are at the centre of cultures in many diverse forms and are even present in modern day cultures. So how could I not have them within my pages? I have everything else, so what is one more Supernatural being that’s been around for several hundred years appearing in my book?

Some background…
The witches in my pages each specialise in certain areas of the arts. From divine healing and the dark arts.
Maybe in some spinoff I might add a few more of these witches. Good, bad, evil, who knows where the whimsy might take me.

Witches have been known to work alone or in groups, the variation is plentiful that you could create unimaginable worlds just based on one type or the other. Maybe go mad and create a blend of both.
They also appear in fairy tales. Mostly as evil cretins hunkering over a cauldron that’s bubbling with their new blend of insanity that takes the tale on a magical twist.

Truly they are awe-inspiring with the amount of magical proportions that they can have.
You have all sorts ranging from The Witches, who take off their human masks, The Sanderson sisters who cast a spell and landed into the future to the spell caster on Brave and Snow White. And it’s not just kids films that contain these spell weavers. You have witches like Bonnie on the Vampire Diaries, and the witches in the wizard of Oz both on different sides of the spectrum.

What is sure is that witches contain a significant amount of fun to write, read and watch. If you like that, kind of stuff.
Thanks for reading,
